Replies come from the same AI that answers your BABAV messages, using your brand voice, your knowledge base and facts from your own site. Visitors see a note that replies are written by AI.
Leads you can follow up
Visitors can leave their name, email or phone with clear consent. When a chat needs you, you get an email and can reply from your dashboard right into their chat.
Simple to install
Paste one line of code into any site, or on WordPress use the BABAV plugin and paste your key. BABAV then checks your home page and tells you when it sees the bubble live.
You sell handmade leather wallets on Shopify, and a visitor asks at midnight whether the bifold fits eight cards and when their order ships. Chat Bubble answers from your product facts and, with your store connected, can look up the order. If they ask for a person, you get an email and reply in the morning from your dashboard.
