Is there a WordPress plugin?
Yes. Install the BABAV plugin, paste the key from your dashboard into WP Admin, and use its switch to turn the chat on or off.
Will visitors know they are talking to AI?
Yes. The chat shows a short note that replies are written by AI, and you can take over any conversation yourself.
What counts as one chat?
One visitor conversation, counted when the AI first replies. Everything after that in the same conversation does not add to your count.
What if a visitor needs a real person?
The chat is handed to you and you get an email. You can reply from your BABAV dashboard and your answer appears in their chat.
What happens to visitor conversations?
Each conversation is stored only in your own BABAV account and is never used for another business. BABAV does not sell your data or your visitors' data.
