How Chat Bubble works
Set it up once in your BABAV dashboard and the bubble starts answering on your site. You can read every conversation and step in at any time.
Turn it on
In your free BABAV dashboard, switch on Chat Bubble and set a short greeting. The website you signed up with is already on the allowed list.
Add it to your site
Paste the one-line tag into your site, or into a Custom Liquid section in your Shopify theme. On WordPress, install the BABAV plugin and paste your key in WP Admin.
Watch it answer
BABAV checks your home page for the bubble. From then on, visitors get answers and you see each conversation in your dashboard.
Where answers come from
Bob writes each reply from your brand voice, your knowledge base, facts gathered from your website, your calls to action and your booking link. The same safety checks used on your other connections run on every reply.
Store questions on Shopify and WordPress
When your Shopify or WooCommerce store is connected to BABAV, replies can include live store details such as order status and stock. Store data is read when it is needed, not copied into the chat.
Hand-offs and safety
If a visitor asks for a person, the chat is handed to you with an email alert, and your replies show up in their chat window. The bubble only works on the sites you list, up to 10, and only over https.
